Kanseito Logistics Consulting AB and Adlog AB are merging to create Northern Europe's most versatile one-stop-shop solution for logistics consulting. Together with its affiliates Logistikentreprenader Sverige AB, Logistikkentrepriser Norge AS and Nordic Competence Search AB, the new firm will offer complete coverage for both buyers and sellers of consulting, outsourcing, staffing, and recruitment.

Demand for expert support in 3PL negotiations has increased in both Europe and the world at large, and demand comes from both buyers and sellers. The development in US and Europe shows a trend toward sector expert firms offering holistic solutions. The Kanseito Adlog merger means that Northern Europe now has its first holistic logistics consulting provider.

Buyer-seller dependance has increased along with outsourcing. Traditional consultant focus in outsourcing has long been on either buyer or seller albeit it is a known fact that any problem is likely to appear in the interface between the two. A process focus in stead allows a holistic service provider to secure efficacy and continuity in the entire supply chain.

Kanseito Logistics Consulting AB is an affiliate of Logistikentreprenader Sverige AB, providing SCM consulting services for trading and manufacturing companies in the Nordic countries. The company has more than 25 consultants with long experience from change processes in complex supply chains.

Adlog AB has helped 3PL providers with sales and marketing optimization since 2003. Since 2008, Adlog also manages web sites www.logistikupphandling.se and www.warehousefinder.eu , tools for 3PL service buyers to find the right partner. From the start, Adlog has given expert advise in many of the Nordic outsourcing deals.

The new conglomerate is expected to reach an annual turn-around of SEK200mn app. The group will be represented through offices in Stockholm, Örebro, Norrköping, Jönköping, Nässjö, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Oslo and Copenhagen.
